Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom guarantees guests pleasant temperatures on warm days. The first two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom has a sofa bed. The distance to the sea is only 30 metres. The beach (sand, gravel and rocks) is about 250 metres away. Opposite the flat is the Vizula peninsula with Roman ruins, where you can go for lovely early morning or afternoon walks. Guests will find a bank, supermarket, bakery, kiosk and plenty of restaurants and cafés about 50 metres away. The promenade is 50 metres from the flat, so you don't need a car at all. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. Leisure activities include boat trips to the island of Briuni, Rovinj or Venice. We especially recommend a one-day trip to the nature park "Rt Kamenjak" where you can swim or enjoy nature in all its splendour right by the sea.
In the garden of the flat, in addition to the existing seating, guests can also use an outdoor fireplace with barbecue and a solar shower. An outdoor kitchen is also at your disposal.
