Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo during their stay. Additionally, guests can enjoy the shared amenities of the complex, which include:

* Direct beach access, allowing a seamless transition from pool to sand.

Getting around Holmes Beach and the surrounding area is easy! The condo is centrally located on Gulf Drive, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Parking is available on-site. For exploring nearby areas, driving or rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are convenient. Sarasota and Anna Maria Island are just a short drive away, making day trips simple and stress-free.

We really wanted to love this place because the location is excellent, but unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by several unresolved issues.The biggest problem was the shower. From the start, the water pressure was extremely low—so much so that it was difficult to rinse off soap. The shower head also had significant black buildup, which I ended up cleaning myself. At this price point, that should never be the guest’s responsibility. A plumber did come out on Thursday afternoon, but the issue was not resolved, and the shower remained barely usable for the rest of our stay.The internet was also unreliable for much of the trip. After restarting the router multiple times, Spectrum eventually came out and it seemed to improve by Friday, but it was inconsistent prior to that.While we did like aspects of the condo itself, these are basic expectations—cleanliness, working plumbing, and reliable internet—and they directly impacted our stay. Communication from the management company was also disappointing. Our concerns did not feel taken seriously, and responses came across as dismissive.Additionally, the water view is more obstructed than advertised due to a building and trees, which was another letdown.Most frustrating is that the shower issue was known prior to our stay but was not disclosed. The comment they made " the owner is aware but it's a major repair."I would not recommend this property in its current condition.
