The property is fenced with hedges and cannot be seen from the street. There is a secure car park on the property. The distance to the beach and the play barn is approx. 400 metres. The North Sea lagoon is approx. 500 metres away. Everything is easily accessible, so that a pram or a handcart can also be taken along. The village centre with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 400 m away. Dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed. This flat was again rated 3 stars by the DTV in August 2012. A playground with a football pitch is 100 metres away.
