🕐 Check-In & Check-Out
We offer early check-in and late check-out when available at $25 per hour. This depends on whether another guest is arriving the same day, as we prioritize a thorough professional cleaning between stays. Please request in advance so we can coordinate with our cleaning team.
🧹 Housekeeping:
At check-in, you’ll find the unit sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels, thanks to our professional cleaning service! While daily housekeeping isn’t included, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.
🏊♂️ Pool Heating:
Want to enjoy a warm swim during your stay? Add pool heating for just $40 per day! Simply let us know at least a week in advance! Pool heating is required for the entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Please note that during the winter season (Dec 21 - Mar 20), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. Also, please avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather.
🧼 Pool Maintenance:
Our pool is serviced weekly. After rain, you might notice some debris in the water—this is normal and will clear up quickly!
🐾 Pet Policy:
Bringing your furry friend? We’re happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy’s accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please keep your pets leashed outside, never leave them unattended in the home unless crated, and clean up after them. Woof woof! 🐶
🌧️ Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend getting travel insurance for your stay, especially during Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). Refunds will follow Airbnb’s policy at the time of your booking.
