The holiday home is a large holiday flat of approx. 140 sqm on the ground floor.
The flat has its own terrace which is only used by our holiday guests.
The holiday flat is the largest holiday flat in the small private holiday complex Erika/Windrose with approx. 20 flats.
The flat is located in Haus Windrose and has its own car parking space directly at Haus Windrose.
The holiday complex is located approx. 800m from the North Sea beach of Burhave.

The spacious ground floor holiday flat is located in a small apartment complex with flair and is the largest accommodation unit here. Equipped with free Wi-Fi and two televisions (in the master bedroom and in the living/dining area), the flat impresses with its furnishing and design concept in the context of the Wadden Sea landscape. In addition to the two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, there is a bunk bed for 2 more people (6-7 people) in a corridor in front of the master bedroom (= 3rd bedroom).

For an occupancy of 7 people, the spacious sofa offers 2 more sleeping places in the living area. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom which is only accessible from the master bedroom.
This bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. A further bathroom (shower and bath) and an external toilet can be reached from the tastefully designed reception room.
The large living and dining area, which is characterised by a large tiled stove that is no longer in use, opens onto the garden. The private garden terrace surrounded by plants and flowers is ideal for relaxing and eating together. The indoor pool in the communal area of the holiday complex is open again from March to October.
Please note that due to maintenance / repairs and other incidents (pandemic ecet.) the pool may be closed for a short time or in case of a pandemic for a long time. We ask for your understanding here and try to avoid this from March to October. On the communal open spaces, guests can also use a barbecue terrace, badminton lawn or sunbathing lawn, bicycle parking spaces and a table tennis room with fireplace. The flat has a car park close to the entrance.
