The open-plan living area is elegantly furnished with high-quality materials and soft natural tones, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. A Smart TV with international channels and Apple TV provides ample entertainment options, while the open kitchen—complete with a cooking island, bar stools, and modern appliances—makes every meal a pleasure.
The apartment features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. Each room offers serene comfort and privacy, making Cape Marie 1406 ideal for couples or small families seeking a luxurious escape.
Guests can elevate their stay with the optional Personal Assistant Service, offering full concierge support—from airport transfers and car rentals to stocked groceries, private excursions, or spa appointments. Every detail is taken care of, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.

We loved this apartment and were excited to explore like a local. View was amazing! Very clean and we loved the games for the family. If cooking, be aware there are limited dishes. Combo clothing washer/dryer was a nice option but we could never figure out how to dry the clothes. 2 tvs were in the apartment however only 1 worked and required an apple subscription to use. Power goes out quite often on the island. Would be nice to have a few fans. We loved The location and the quiet beach onsite.
