This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit in a two-story home, accessed by an exterior staircase. Inside, you’ll find comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living and dining area, and in-unit laundry. The home includes two private decks for this unit, while the backyard and patio are shared with another on-site rental. Free street parking space is provided.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs unit, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit washer and dryer, and two private decks.
The backyard and furnished patio are shared with another on-site rental (studio downstairs) for extended stays. Free street parking space is included.
There is no access to the studio unit downstairs or any locked owner closets.
