Saska Kępa offers its residents exceptional living conditions – close to the city center, surrounded by greenery, with excellent road infrastructure and a well-developed public transport network. Moreover, the apartment’s location is near the picturesque Vistula River, in close proximity to the National Stadium, Skaryszewski Park, and Kamionkowskie Błonia Elekcyjne. To the east, the neighborhood borders Gocław Lake and Balaton Park. The western part of Saska Kępa is a wide riverside area with wild beaches, pools, and various recreational spots.
