About this house rental
Scuba Dream Villa 519 is a luxurious two-level retreat designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. The villa’s layout allows both levels to function independently, each with its own entrance—perfect for families or groups traveling together. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a stunning private pool featuring a plunge pool and bubble corner, surrounded by a spacious terrace with comfortable loungers. The shaded palapa and stylish gas BBQ create the ideal setting for relaxed evenings under the Caribbean sky.
The ground floor offers an inviting open living room with a modern kitchen and dining area for four. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, provide direct access to the pool terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. An internal staircase leads to the upper level, where a second open-plan living area awaits, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an American-style refrigerator. This floor includes three double bedrooms—two with en-suite bathrooms and one with a separate toilet—all air-conditioned for comfort.
With room for up to ten guests, Scuba Dream Villa 519 offers a perfect balance of shared spaces and privacy. The two levels can also be rented separately, ensuring flexibility for both small and large groups. When booked individually, pool access is guaranteed only for guests of the lower level.
Outside, the villa’s terrace is a true paradise for relaxation and socializing. Guests can enjoy refreshing swims, lounge under the palapa, or gather around the bar tables for sunset cocktails. The property’s elevated location ensures tranquility and beautiful views over the Coral Estate area.
Coral Estate itself offers 24-hour security, a luxury spa, a dive center, a bakery, and excellent restaurants such as Karakter and rooftop bar Koraal. Nearby you will find some of Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches: Playa Porto Marie, Cas Abao, and Daaibooi.
Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.
At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.

Had a fantastic stay here. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 and communication was quick and easy with the host. The view is even better than in the pictures!

The home itself is lovely. The views are just like in the pictures. The beds are comfortable. We loved the upstairs deck with the big table, it was where we would eat and play games together with the nice breeze blowing.
Neighborhood is nice and feels safe with nice amenities right nearby. The a/c worked great in 3 of the 4 bedrooms we used but in one of them it never really got cooled down very well. The house itself gets really warm during the day, even with the windows open to help the air move. When we were home, we spent most of our time in the day outside in the shade where it was cooler. This wasn't a huge deal.
My only true complain is that while we were staying, we lost water to the entire house MULTIPLE times. One time while someone was actually showering and on more than one morning we couldn't all shower because the water stopped. Deeply frustrating. We spoke to management about it and they said that it is a water company issue that they couldn't control - and I believe them - but it doesn't change the fact that we couldn't wash our hands or fill up our water bottles before going out into the heat of the day. It really did impact our stay.

We took a chance and rented this place with no reviews. It was a gorgeous huge balcony with a perfect view. furnishings inside are as expected- comfortable and just what you need. we did not cook so i can’t comment but the kitchen seemed to have everything. beds were good enough, air condition worked well, but know this- they don’t have blankets on the bed! this is dutch traditions.
coral estates feels safe and it’s a plus there are 3 restaurants in the resort! delicious food! the location is great. there are beaches and food close by. to me it doesn’t matter where you stay because you’re venturing out all over this island! we drove top to bottom at least 3 times!
i recommend this house for sure
