Enjoy direct water access from the private dock, where guests can launch the provided kayaks and canoes (available on a first-come, first-served basis). Unwind on the shared patio, featuring Adirondack chairs and a Solo Stove fire pit—the ideal spot for cozy evenings under the stars. For those traveling with pets, there's also a convenient enclosed dog area—perfect for letting your furry friends stretch their legs safely. Top Sail is a cozy cottage tucked along the right side of the waterfront, offering the perfect coastal getaway. The open-concept kitchen and dining area showcase breathtaking views of Town Cove. Compact yet well-equipped, the kitchen makes family meals easy, and the dining table offers a front-row view of the water.
Bedroom one offers a queen bed, while bedroom two provides two twin beds — both include window ACs to keep you cool and comfortable. A full bathroom is located between the bedrooms and includes convenient access to the fully enclosed outdoor shower.
