Welcome to the Windchaser Farm in Beautiful Lancaster County.
This historical home built in the 1830s has been fully renovated with all modern conveniences. Includes 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and sleeps up to 8 adults. It is fully furnished throughout with everything you`ll need for a relaxing stay or family vacation.

This historic home offers a blend of comfort and elegance, featuring four bedrooms and one bath, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. It provides a harmonious balance of spacious living areas for group activities and personal spaces for relaxation.
Kitchen
The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with the latest in culinary appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: Located on the 1st floor. A spacious room with a king-sized bed, storage, and comfortable accommodations. The first floor bath is just outside this room with and adjoining door.
Second Bedroom: The 2nd floor bedroom features a queen-sized bed and spacious room offering a simple yet elegant experience.
Third Bedroom: Located on the 2nd floor. This room features queen-sized bed and storage accommodations.
Fourth Bedroom: This is a very comfortable room with two twin sized beds. Access to this room is through the 3rd bedroom.
Main Bathroom: Located on the 1st floor. A clean and spacious area featuring a full tub and shower.
The exterior of the house is just as inviting, with a fire pit and sitting area, a kids playground, and a petting area with feed for the farm animals.
Guests will have access to the house, yard, and petting area.
Home owner is not available on Sundays. However, you can contact the property manager for any issues.
The Windchaser is situated in a small neighborhood with neighbors on each side. The front and back sides border large Amish farms.
There are 4 parking spaces next to the house.
We have several board games for your enjoyment as well as outdoor games.
We have upgraded our air conditioning to a minisplit system with units and remotes for each bedroom.
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Wine and beer consumption is allowed on the property in moderation.
No drunkenness.
No hard alcohol (liquors, whiskey, bourbons, etc.)
No drugs or illegal substances of any kind, including marijuana.
No foul language.
No inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior.
Please dress modestly.
Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking in the home. If a guest violates this policy, a $400 cleaning fee will be assessed.
