Welcome to the Brick Cottage! We truly hope you enjoy your stay with us! We have spent months updating, renovating, and giving life back to this 1960's home and we are so excited to be able to share it with you!
Because we love it so much, we ask that you take care of our property. No parties or large events are permitted in hopes that items are not damaged. Damaged property will always result in a fee to replace the items for the next guests!

- The house is a corner lot! Parking for guests is on the street on the front side of the house, unless requested or told otherwise.
-The front lawn is large, and offers enough space to play the outdoor games listed above!
-Guests enter through front door entrance only.

Guests are given access to main-floor through the front door only using personalized code.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Owners may be using basement apartment and use a separate entrance at the back of the house. Guests are not permitted to park in driveway unless given permission/instruction by hosts. Guests are not permitted in fenced in area of yard or sunroom(back entrance) unless permitted by host.
- We will always inform guests if we will be staying in the basement apartment during the time of their stay.
