About this cottage rental
Come and discover this beautiful semi-detached house, adjoining another typical gîte via the laundry room (accessible only from the outside), in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Each gîte has its own private pool.
On the ground floor, you will find a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with Wi-Fi and TV, a dining area, a first bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet.
The first floor offers two identical suites, each with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite shower room with toilet. A shared laundry room with the other gîte is equipped with a washing machine. A Green Up charging point for your vehicle is available on site. Private parking is also available.
A barbecue, garden furniture, and parasol are provided in front of a private, heated, chlorine swimming pool measuring 2.45 x 3.90 m, 1.45 m deep, secured by a cover, and open from mid-May to the end of September. An ideal location for exploring the Périgord Noir.
