A five-minute walk from the Pereda Gardens, Botín Museum and the beautiful Bay, where the tourist boats depart to the beaches of El Puntal, Somo and Pedreña.
Newly renovated house (very easy access) First floor (only 6 steps) has 3* bedrooms:
Room 1: Two single beds (2 people)
Room 2: Double bed (2 people)
Room 3: Two single beds (2 people)
*All rooms have a large closet to store your belongings and a nightstand.
The house is very sunny and completely exterior.
Access to the kitchen with all its services (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and iron)
Great space both in the cupboards as in the fridge and the freezer to deposit your food.
You will have a newly renovated bathroom with hot water, toilet paper, hand gel, clean towels ...
The living room includes a large sofa (32 `TV) and a small table where you can work with your laptop.
