Escape to Rocky Top Retreat, a cozy creekside cabin tucked away on Rocky Ridge in Cosby, Tennessee, one of the most peaceful and scenic sides of the Smoky Mountains. This is the perfect place to enjoy quiet mountain living while still being close enough to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, hiking trails, restaurants, and all the top Smoky Mountain attractions.
From the moment you arrive, you will feel fully immersed in mountain life. Sip your morning coffee on the large covered front porch, relax in the private hot tub, unwind on one of the screened porches, or step outside from the main suite into your own private outdoor hideaway. The backyard sits beside a beautiful creek and is made for family fun, with a 4-hole putt putt course, cornhole, yard games, plenty of outdoor seating, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and wood provided.
In the evenings, gather under the stars, roast s’mores by the fire, listen to the creek, and enjoy the slower pace that makes Cosby such a hidden gem in the Smokies. The cabin offers three comfortable queen bedrooms. The main suite includes a queen bed, TV, sound machine, blackout curtains, private bathroom, and its own private screened porch for two. Bedroom three also includes a queen bed, TV, sound machine, and a private entrance to the shared bathroom.

10/10. I will start with the host. We’ve booked cabin trips multiple times a year for a while now. This is the most communicative host we’ve had. They shared lots of good information with us. Check in was easy. Everything at the cabin functioned well so we had no need to talk to them during the actual stay. The cabin and the property were wonderful. They worked perfectly together to enhance your experience. It was a large property compared to others we’ve stayed. Plenty private. Fire pit area was excellent. The little grill pavilion by the creek was a nice touch as well. Loved the screened in section of the porch. I’ll never book a cabin without one after staying here. Hot tub worked well. Between the cabin and the property, the children stayed completely entertained during our three night stay. It was nice. Inside, the kitchen had all the appliances and amenities needed. We used most of them cooking multiple times. Bedrooms were great. Beds clean and comfortable. Everything was clean and functioned correctly. Would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We played some of the games that were there and my kids loved putt putt and the hot tub!! We would absolutely come back!
