This magnificent, recently built 112m² villa with one floor, located in a quiet residential area in Portiragnes Village, offers the ideal setting for a family holiday. Just 3 km from the sea, it has a garden with synthetic grass and fencing, and many comfortable amenities.

-Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed with storage cupboard
-Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed with storage cupboard
Spacious shower room and WC:
- Shower with WC
Separate WC on the ground floor
Large, bright living room and fitted kitchen with integrated dining table:
- Bright living room with 2 sofas and TV
- Fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, 4 gas hobs + 1 electric hob, extractor hood, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, electric coffee maker, etc.)
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: 140 cm bed with storage cupboard
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (2x90 cm) with storage cupboard
GARAGE access:
- washing machine and ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner
Outside:
- terrace with awning, tables, 8 chairs, 4 sun loungers
- Portable charcoal barbecue
- Fenced synthetic lawn garden and private parking for 2 cars
Additional equipment:

- One small pet allowed - €20 per week
