Step inside to a sun-filled living space with thoughtful custom design touches and plenty of room to gather. The living and dining area features cozy open concept seating, a 65" Smart TV with YouTube TV, and a large dining table with seating for 8. The adjacent kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, Keurig with coffee pods, a blender, toaster, premium cookware, and all the essentials for preparing meals or enjoying morning coffee. We also provide a highchair and pack n play on site for families!
Each of the 4 bedrooms in the home is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style featuring 50” Smart TV’s. The City of Scottsdale enforces strict noise ordinances, and any violations may result in fines and/or immediate removal from the property. We invite you to have fun and enjoy the backyard while on vacation respecting the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.
• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry, with additional cameras over the garage and side access gate.
These devices are used to verify occupancy and only for emergency/security purposes for guests.
• Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut noise and occupancy sensor is installed to help ensure respectful volume levels. It tracks decibel levels only and does not record audio, preserving guest privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.
• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee.

Great house, nicely done. Bed in master is too soft for our preference. Pool cleaning robot is a minor a annoyance. Hot tub instructions reference a support bar, which wetent there. Suggest ipdating instructions or getting a support bar. Thanks for a great house!
