The 2nd-floor living space is bright, breezy, and bathed in light. There is plenty of space to relax or dine, either at the breakfast bar or the open concept living and dining room. The master bedroom has a calming, welcoming vibe, with an ensuite bath and a large walk-in closet. The spacious screened-in porch is perfect for sipping morning coffee or winding down after a day at the beach. The lower level offers a bonus sleeping area with a queen sofa bed and seating, a half bath, and a dry bar with a fridge to store your poolside refreshments (Note: the lower level is accessed separately from the main living area). This space is a fantastic, fun area to gather, play games, and enjoy your private pool oasis.

The pool was great! Loved the outdoor space and covered deck, it was perfect for dining. We did not know or like that the downstairs space was completely separated from the home and only accessible by going outside and unlocking the doors. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the air-conditioning did not work down there. We were lucky to find a box fan and extension cord to use to make it tolerable for sleeping, the doors did not close well so it was a struggle to lock up each night, and there is not a full bath down there so bringing items up to shower with everyday and having to lock up, walk back outside and up the outside stairs was frustrating. Definitely wouldn't want to leave kids down there to sleep. The bathrooms were not cleaned. The rules state not to hang wet towels on any furniture but there isnt a single hook anywhere inside or outside the house so we had to get creative. The kitchen cabinets have seen better days, overall the property was fine, it has some amenities, but the beach items they supply could use an update as well. Really the pool space was the best part and it was very clean! Location was great as well!
