About this house rental
Built in 2023, the Heimathafen vacation home welcomes you to Wangermeer in beautiful Wangerland and offers modern living on two floors for up to four people. Its exclusive lakeside location ensures a relaxing vacation and invites you to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings in the spacious garden or on the sunny terrace. The enclosed and fenced-in property ensures privacy and security—ideal for families with dogs (two dogs always allowed; three upon request)
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living room with high-quality vinyl flooring, a cozy sofa area, and direct access to the terrace. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the garden. Two TVs and a radio provide entertainment, while free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There is also a modern elliptical trainer in the hallway that guests are welcome to use.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed to meet the needs of discerning guests. You’ll find an induction stove, a microwave, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso machine and another coffee maker. A toaster, electric kettle, blender, and a full set of dishes and cutlery round out the culinary offerings. The adjoining dining area with a large dining table is perfect for sharing meals.
The upper floor features two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spots. Here, too, the vinyl flooring creates a pleasant atmosphere. An office with a desk and monitor provides space for working or reading. The windows are equipped with fly screens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The cozy rooms are complemented by a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and an additional guest restroom on the first floor. A first-aid kit is available for emergencies.
The house is equipped with radiant floor heating, gas central heating, and smoke detectors. To ensure a comfortable stay, you’ll have access to a washing machine, a dryer (both for your personal use), a clothes rack, a vacuum cleaner, and an iron and ironing board. Books and games provide entertainment.
In the spacious garden, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol invite you to relax. An electric grill and a garden shed are available.
