    Location Across the Provincial Capitol and close to restaurants and malls. Not directly on the main road but tricycles are readily available and Grab is accessible. Cleanliness & Room Newly built and generally very clean. Linens towels and appliances were in good condition. AC was cold. Smart TV supports YouTube and Netflix. Wi-Fi Generally fast and reliable. There was one instance when my devices disconnected at the same time but the front desk quickly provided new Wi-Fi code. Breakfast Served at Sir KC's Bar on the rooftop. Filipino, American and Continental options. Portions were adequate and food was standard. Service was prompt and courteous. Service Front office was welcoming and housekeeping had the room prepared before check-in. Staff were generally polite and responsive. I would like to commend Izzy and Ralph. Turnaround for room requests could still be improved to around 10–15 minutes when occupancy permits. Ex. tissue, toiletries, etc. Facilities The main issue was the shower water pressure which was noticeably weak compared with the sink. Hot water also took more than two minutes to reach the shower at times. In-room information for the restaurant menu and spa services would also be useful. A nearby convenience store would also be helpful since many establishments in Puerto Princesa close early. Overall A clean and well-maintained new hotel with a convenient location. There are still some operational details that can be improved but overall the stay was satisfactory. Would recommend to friends, family and colleagues. 👍🏻

    This was our last accommodation in Palawan, and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge before flying back to Manila. Although the hotel is small, it's beautifully designed with a Hollywood-inspired theme that gives it a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. My favorite spot was the rooftop bar and restaurant—it was cozy, elegant, and a great place to unwind. Our room also had a balcony, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location is another plus. It's right beside the Capitol, making it convenient to get around the city and access public transportation. It's also just about 5 minutes from Puerto Princesa Airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers with an early or late flight. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and a wonderful way to end our Palawan trip.
