Welcome to your Cape Cod getaway in Chatham. This two-story home sits in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the scenic Bucks Creek Marsh area and less than a mile from beloved Ridgevale Beach. Whether you're here for sunny beach days, bike rides, or seafood feasts around the grill, this is a spot made for easy living.
Step inside to a bright and comfy living room perfect for movie nights, rainy-day lounging, or board game battles around the coffee table. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up vacation meals, from pancake breakfasts to fresh-off-the-grill dinners. There’s also a dining table for eight so the whole crew can gather together.
Outdoors, you have choices: lounge on the farmhouse front porch to enjoy a good book or conversation, or slide open the back door to enjoy refreshing breezes and meals outdoors on the backyard private deck. Fire up the gas grill and toast to another perfect Chatham evening.
The first floor has a large bedroom with a king bed, and also offers a full bathroom and convenient washer/dryer. Head upstairs to find three relaxing bedrooms and two more full baths. The primary suite includes its own seating area, TV, and en suite with a tub/shower combo. The additional bedrooms share a full bath along with a cozy reading / play area. What a lovely property in a quiet location, yet handy to all Chatham has to offer. Its also possible to walk to Ridgevale Beach from the house - a bit of a walk, but an enjoyable one! Everything you need for your vacation is available - comfortable furniture and bedding, a great layout, lovely deck with a great table accommodating 8 people and air conditioning if needed ( and of course the requisite washer & dryer). Linens are provided, so no need to bring sheets or towels. We would love to come again! Thank you :) Barbara Diaz
