The apartment opens onto a cozy living area designed for shared moments, with a comfortable sofa, a television, and a dining table that can seat up to six guests. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, making it the perfect spot for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or unwinding after a day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home and includes an oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sink, and a washing machine and a large fridge, offering everything you need for both short and longer stays.

On the same level, the bedroom features a comfortable double bed measuring 160 x 190 and benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink, providing privacy and convenience. A separate toilet is also available on this level. The upper floor offers an additional large bedroom with sleeping space with four single beds measuring 90 x 190, ideal for children or friends sharing the apartment, as well as a second bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

CASA-Petit Laus is ideally located to offer you easy access to skiing, hiking, and biking trails, allowing you to enjoy the region's beauty in all seasons. Whether you're drawn to the winter wonderland for skiing or the lush summer landscapes for hiking, CASA-Petit Laus provides the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of adventure.

The Abriès ski area is located about 6 km away and can be reached in approximately 7 minutes by car. In winter, a free shuttle also connects Aiguilles to Abriès, offering an easy alternative to driving depending on the schedule. There is also a ski area for beginners in Aiguilles, just a 5-minute walk from the property.

In winter, Aiguilles-en-Queyras offers a fun and welcoming area, ideal for families and beginners, with a zone dedicated to learning how to ski. A drag lift serves two green slopes of around 300 meters, perfect for enjoying your first runs in a relaxed and safe environment. The site is open every day during the Christmas and February school holidays, and on weekends outside school holidays, generally from late December to mid-March, depending on snow conditions.

For those traveling with pets, we warmly welcome your furry companions for a small additional fee of thirty euros

Bed linens and towels are available for rent to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible:

Pets are allowed upon request with a supplement of thirty euros

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
