涼亭 川 Ryoutei Kawa

Location was great, apartment very tidy and had all we needed and staff were so accomodating.

Possibly could have had a better seating layout for four people in the kitchen area.

Extremely clean and new. Facilities and amenities available are very well-thought of. Loved that there was also our own mini “dry-room”storage / closet where it had both sanitation and heating functions. We used it daily for our winter apparels. Great location as well. A short 5 mins drive to happo one, echoland, lawson and pretty close to every other main areas (<10 mins by driving). The accommodation was true to pic and felt slightly bigger than it looked. Able to open 2 luggages within each bedroom with no problems. Staff was very accommodating and responsive to any enquiries. Breakfast was varied and loved the effort the staff put in to plate the breakfast everyday! Guests who are chinese, english and japanese speaking would definitely not run into any communication issues.

There could be maybe 1 or 2 more washing machines because we delayed our laundry by about 2 days because it was always full. An english / chinese print-out of what the buttons do would be good as well because google translate couldn’t really read the japanese buttons properly. Everything else is perfect!

It was very well laid out and the location was amazing. About 10 to 15 minute walk into town and down to the bus station as well.

Property was amazing. Only downside is that we couldn’t stay there for longer.

The property was clean, the location was great. Walkable to shuttle bus stop and to town. The hotel provided car services when needed. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good. Dinner was excellent. They were very accommodating. We felt like we were a part of their family. Family visiting from out of town.
