Very spacious rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary items. The host was very responsive, replying quickly and resolving issues efficiently. They even fixed a broken washing machine on the same day and added a chain lock to the apartment upon our request before check-in, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent. They also resolved the TV issue by providing an Android TV box. And also provided cleaning service once. Although the location is a bit far from Masjid-e-Nabawi, it is still worth staying here due to the availability of good free parking at the apartment. If you follow the proper route and go at the right time, parking near the Masjid is not difficult at all.

I feel the host is continuously improving, and on my next visit I hope to have better Wi-Fi, which would help with smoother TV streaming. I would suggest using a simple Google Mesh system in the building, as it would provide strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire apartment instead of only in the living room. Towels were not provided. Providing towels along with basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel would make the stay much more convenient for tourists. Lastly, for longer stays, it would be great if water, tea, and towels could be refilled or replaced periodically.
