The apartment looked exactly like the photos and was perfect for two people. It was spacious, modern, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom had a large double bed, a vanity table, a huge wardrobe with a floor-to-ceiling mirror, and plenty of storage. The bathroom was excellent, with a bidet, illuminated mirror, and a large shower with fantastic water pressure. The balcony was one of our favourite features. It was spacious, had a retractable clothes airer, and was a lovely place to sit in the evenings with great views. The living room/kitchen area was bright and airy thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, and although the air conditioning was only in the living area, it cooled the apartment well enough that the bedroom remained comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The Smart TV was a great addition as we could log into YouTube and Netflix. We also appreciated that the apartment is located within a gated complex, making it feel secure, and the communal swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of comfortable sun loungers. Communication with Camille was outstanding throughout our stay. She was friendly, proactive, and always responded quickly. We’d also like to give a special mention to Felix, the maintenance engineer, who was incredibly polite, respectful, hardworking, and a pleasure to deal with.

These are mostly suggestions rather than criticisms, as they would really improve the guest experience. For a one-week stay, only two toilet rolls were provided, which wasn’t enough, so we had to purchase more ourselves. There were also no bin liners, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, or hand soap, which we feel are basic household essentials for self-catering accommodation. The washing machine, which was one of the reasons we booked the apartment, unfortunately wasn’t working when we arrived. To the host’s credit, it was replaced with a brand-new machine within a few days, but we did have to wait in the apartment twice for the maintenance engineer, which interrupted our holiday slightly. We also experienced an issue with the balcony door lock, although this was repaired quickly, and extra towels were kindly provided while we waited for the washing machine to be replaced. There was a coffee machine but no kettle or complimentary coffee pods, so we weren’t sure which pods were compatible. Future guests should also be aware that the apartment is located close to Las Verónicas, one of Tenerife’s busiest nightlife areas. This isn’t a fault of the property, but it’s worth knowing before booking, as music and street noise continued until around 2 a.m. most nights. The only part of our stay that genuinely disappointed us was after checkout. Our flight wasn’t until later in the afternoon, so after checking out at 11 a.m. we planned to spend a short time by the communal pool before heading to the airport. We were quietly using the facilities with our luggage neatly stacked to one side when the on-site caretaker approached us quite aggressively and insisted we leave immediately. Due to the language barrier, we couldn’t fully understand each other, but the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and quite embarrassing in front of other guests.

Unica pecca, mi hanno chiesto 150 euro di deposito cauzionale via whatsapp, quando su booking al momento della prenotazione non era specificato. La procedura, in quanto non gestita tramite booking, risulta un po' "fraudolenta". Per timore di non riceve i soldi indietro ho dovuto parlare con l'assistenza clienti di booking, che a loro volta erano stupiti della situazione. Al check-out i soldi sono stati restituiti correttamente, ma i dubbi sulla legittimità del pagamento e del metodo non mi hanno lasciato molto soddisfatto.

Location was great. Was clean and modern inside. Good size balcony. Sofa bed comfy.
