Happiness Apartment

The property was well located near restaurants, banks, and taxis. Having a washing machine was helpful at this point in my trip. I also appreciated the flexibility of cooking some of my own meals. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Check in was not smooth as I did not get the check in details in advance. I did arrive early, but this had been approved. Once I had the details it was easy - be sure to get these in advance! The a/c in the main bedroom didn’t work as the remote was missing. The air cooler from the second bedroom was moved into the main bedroom. As I was alone, this was fine but wouldn’t work for a larger group. For such a large apartment, the bathroom is quite small and could use with a good scrubbing and new shower curtain. None of these were huge inconveniences, but adjustments that could be made to make a good apartment great.

We stopped in Ouarzazate for one night, and this apartment turned out to be a great choice. Both bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of space for our luggage, and the living room was big and really cozy. I also really appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine with the milk frother — such a nice surprise after a long drive. There were even coffee pods and bottles of water waiting for us when we arrived. There’s a Carrefour shop and a great restaurant for breakfast or dinner just a minute away, which made everything super convenient. Self check-in was quick and easy, and overall the whole stay was smooth and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Ouarzazate.

It was very well decorated with lots of cute accents. Had a great comfy couch for lounging on. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were large with nice bedding; the beds were quite hard although I’m learning after two weeks in Morocco that hard beds are the norm. The bathrobes were wonderful! It was a great area to go for walk with coffee shops around and a market right around the corner. We spent three days there and did some laundry and were able to reset before heading to the desert on the next leg of our journey.

The table in the living room that fell on me as I tried to move it. I was hurt, and I’ve told the owner. It is dangerous to have it there without being fixed.

Appartement vraiment sublime, décoré avec énormément de goût : chaque détail est soigneusement pensé. Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville accessible à pied, avec un Carrefour juste à côté pour faire les courses facilement. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique et apporte un vrai plus au séjour. Les photos sont similaires à la réalité! L’hôte est très réactif, professionnel, avec des indications simples et claires, ce qui rend l’arrivée et le séjour très agréables.

Quelques petites finitions de travaux restent à finaliser, mais elles sont très discrètes. La douche mériterait d’être repensée : le rideau est peu efficace et l’eau a tendance à se répandre dans la salle de bain, mais cela n’a pas impacté le confort ni la qualité du séjour.
