Our room was on the street side, and it was impossible to sleep as the windows are not soundproof. We stayed for six days and only received one towel for the entire stay. Since it was a bit cool, we tried to use the AC, but it wasn't working and we received no reply from the host. The kitchen forniture were not very clean, no soap and the dish sponge wasn't new.
