Warm, cosy 1 bed within walking distance from everything you need for a weekend in Christchurch. Heated toilet seat was appreciated. Great pub across the road. Airport bus stop very near. Shampoo etc provided and coffee, tea, sugar, with milk in the fridge.
Ghost town of empty townhouses all around felt weird. Not much privacy, we could see straight into the neighbors apartment so presumably they could see us. Slightly concerned the fire alarm/detector had a plastic bag over it. Is it possible to turn off the beep on the toilet seat?

great location and views, warm and clean.
on arrival a temperamental front door code, hard bed, cheap loo paper, 1 tea bag, 6 coat hangers, minimal kitchen stuff

Great location easy walking distance to everything we needed
The bed is very hard and the pillows were awful - too big and hard. No champagne flutes

Location was great, lovely facility, Very modern had everything we needed
The mttress was very firm and uncomfortable. A mattress topper would have been great
$$$$

"The unit was perfect for our needs. Being new the entire facility was excellent shape. Nice comfortable bedding, good sized bathroom with heated toilet seats and towel rails.
