Comodidad del departamento, tanto en habitaciones, como en ambos baños y cocina. Ubicación, muy buena. Buen lugar para estacionar. Buena seguridad del complejo y apartamento. Excelente terraza con asador y mesada.
Faltante de ascensor por estar en un 3 piso considerando que hay que trasladar las cosas de playa. O si hay personas mayores o con movidad reducida.
