Clean. Room was very comfortable stuff was pleasant & helpful during this 1 night stay.

Returned Saturday for a 3 night stay previously reserved by my sister which we ended up canceling because the room was not as promised. She had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds, & there was 1 King bed. The reception clerk was not able to mend problem someone else created. She became defensive & condescending. She excused & did not her negative responses, but could not excuse my frustration. Threatened to halt her interaction with my sister who has been a rewards member for around 20 years. After making arrangements bumping the 3 day stay forward by a day, my sister decided to cancel the stay the next morning. The cancellation was due to lingering feelings of being disrespected by an employee who was inadequately prepared to provided respectful service,. She resorted to being passive aggressive, to make her customer eat crow & kow tow to get minimal service to arrange for dates that did not suit our needs.

Breakfast was great, nice selections that were continually replenished. The location was excellent, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful sitting area as well.

There was nothing I disliked.

Always like Tru. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Staff great!

All good , price little high for one night

Staff was amazing . Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. They never look annoyed ,

Bathroom exhaust didn’t work, small open trash can . No lids. Coming with kids not ideal . Plus the microwave is in the lobby? I had to come down to the lobby to warm milk for the kid. Its not even on the floor you are.
