Sa propreté, très fonctionnel, bien situé en cœur de ville et relativement calme. Peu de voiture passe dans cette ruelle.

Està súper ben situat, a poc minuts a peu del castell i del centre de Foix. Està ben equipat tot i que hem trobat a faltar una mica més de menatge com unes tisores, un escorreplats... Està molt net, ens vam trobar la senyora que va netejar i és molt amable. Les tovalloles són molt agradables al tacte i grans i la dutxa és molt recomfortant. La persona que se'n fa càrrec és molt atenta i dona molta informació.
El llit és molt incòmode, està gastat del mig i fa que vagis cap al centre tota l'estona. Se sent soroll de la nevera quan dorms així com soroll de passes dels veins de dalt, sense que facin corredisses, només passes i ja se senten molt. No té ascensor ni aire condicionat. No té extractor anla cuina i això fa que l'olor es quedi a l'habitació
