The apartment is about 8 minutes walk to the A and C subway where one can go and change trains to wherever area in NYC and close to grocery stores and shops along Fulton and Nostrand streets, kitchen is A okay with gas stoves, ovens and a microwave complete with utensils, good for a couple stay, third occupant will sleep on the convertible sofa bed.
One is the bed, it is deeper at the center meaning the foam or the springs are worn down, bed cover and pillows were provided but it would have been better if there were additional sheets as the weather got cold at times at 12 to 14 degrees C, there were 2 days when we had no power and the host had to provide us with emergency lights, this is not cool as the weather got warm in one of those days and we needed cooling, the barbecue area, garden and open spaces are not taken care of, in sum - just average if we are to grade the place.
