Location essenziale ma ristrutturata a nuovo, arredata bene, funzionale e completa di tutto. Tutto funzionava perfettamente. Posizione eccellente. Proprietario giovane imprenditore, puntuale, educato e molto corretto.
La mancanza di ascensore, ma si faceva perdonare per la qualita' di tutto il resto.
