Very good price for Paraty (but not so good if compared to SP.. ;-p)
Agatha is nice and makes a good effort to take care of the house and make your stay comfortable!

Location: If I had known of the neighborhood I am sure if I had booked here - but it was safe during the 2 weeks I stayed. Also, most houses in the hood don't have the typical fences, I noticed.
Only one warm shower for all guests
Oven not working.
WiFi in the rooms is still a bit unstable.
