Tranquil Garden Haven, Comfy Family & Contractor Pad

The location of the property was exceptional and ideal for a long weekend stay. The accommodation was spacious, with generously sized bedrooms and plenty of storage throughout. The kitchen was very well equipped and contained all the essential items needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the clear instructions provided by the host, which made check-in and settling in straightforward and stress-free.

The property is in a fantastic location and has a lot to offer, but it requires a bit more attention to detail. Inside, the main bedroom is spacious, but the sheets were too small for the two single beds pushed together, causing them to fall through the join. The sofa could be more comfortable which would add to more of a homely feel., The bathroom mats could do with a refreah or more thorough clean. The under-stairs area needed a deeper clean. The vacuum cleaner also needs replacing as it didn't pick up well, and the front door lock is quite difficult to operate. The biggest disappointment was the garden; it wasn't guest-ready due to animal faeces on the artificial grass and missing outdoor cushions, meaning we couldn't use it during one of the hottest weekends of the year. These are all relatively small, fixable improvements that would make this an exceptional place to stay.

It had everything we were looking for.

A couple of extra fans would be a good idea,especially for the hotter days/nights
