La casa es super grande

La ducha se tapaba y salia agua por todos lados. El host fue un bot no una persona, la casa es enorme pero se notaba que estaba hace mucho deshabitada

The apartment itself was very good, it has 3 bedrooms with double beds, it has huge terrace, has second big living room on the terrace. Its very spacious. It was clean. The location is very good, almost in the city center, less than 10 mins walk to the center. Although the bathroom is big, the shower cabin is tiny and uncomfortable, they should have made it bigger. Note that check-in is at 17:00, too late, and they didn't allow earlier check-in.

The problem I had was the host. He did not contact me to instruct me how to get in. So I texted him at 10:30 on the day of the check-in and got "we are not available" message in Italian. Then at some point later he texted back. The check-in is at 17:00 which it too late unless you are arriving in the evening. The host refused us to leave our bags in the apartment earlier than 17:00. When we came to the apartment at 17:00 the key was not in the keybox and we had to wait for 15 mins more to get the key. After the stay I forgot a part of my selfie stick in the apartment, I was still in the town and wanted to come by to pick it up, or contact the next guests to arrange a pickup with them, I told the host where exactly I left it but he immediately said that its not there because the cleaning service did not inform him that they found anything, he didn't even try to help me get it back. Because I am not happy with this service I give him only rating 5.
