A really attractive flat, open and light, and decorated in a modern minimalist style that suits the space very well. It’s close to the busy main train line, but has good secondary glazing and the trains aren’t actually noticeable. There are three nice smart TVs, and a basic set of kitchen utensils, and a good clothes rack in each bedroom with plenty of hangers. The beds were both comfy, and the sofa-bed in the living room was nice as well, it’s well equipped for multiple guests as described.
There were issues with some of the appliances, but the owner has said that those will be fixed so I doubt it will be a problem going forward.

Comfortable, spacious and has everything we needed
Location was okay, however it’s close to train tracks so can be very loud at times. The washing machine and dish washer weren’t usable however we wasn’t super bothered by this but would’ve been helpful.
