L'appatement est très bien situé dans une petite rue calme, à deux pas de la gare,, avec une jolie vue sur les Grands Montets depuis le balcon. Il est très spacieux et très bien aménagé, avec des meubles et des équipements de qualité, notamment dans la cuisine.
Il est regrettable que la location n'inclue pas une connexion Wifi, alors que le réseau cellulaire est très faible dans l'appartement (il faut aller sur le balcon pour avoir une connexion Internet. Un fauteuil supplémentaire serait également le bienvenu.
