The setup
The getting into unit but overall was fine

The location was good, about a 10 min walk to Beale St. It seemed to be in a safe area with good security and pleasant surroundings. The bed was comfortable.
We were able to drop off luggage at 3, couldn’t enter til 5, and after a long day had to just sit on the couch while the apt was being cleaned until 7… Then empty the dishwasher.
The kitchen significantly lacking items (ex - 2 cups, 2 glasses, 1 wine glass; no napkins or paper towels). Some of the lights didn’t work, an empty closet door in the bathroom was off the rails and could easily fall over. There was no washing machine (as advertised) although there was a for-pay washer and dryer down the hall. It took some effort for both of us to get the shower going.
