Location was perfect, the place was nice and comfortable throughout the few days that we stayed there, and it was well cleaned when we arrived

Buena ubicación.
Edificio viejo, paredes finas y solo hay elementos básicos de cocina, no hay calentador.

We received upfront clear and direct communication with everything we needed to know.
Location is very good, you can walk everywhere, metro and train stations are very close.
The floors are old and every single step sounds a lot.
Our neighbours from above were walking a lot which woke ne up many times.
Also the stairs and the doors made noise.
If you are a light sleeper like me, this may be an issue.
Despite that, the accomodation was good and i recommend the place.
