Mainly stay at this hotel for onsite hot spring bath. Spacious clean room, hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and the bath was so nice!! I didn’t go to the hot spring but the bath in the room was huge and relaxing.

I stayed in one of the VIP rooms with my girlfriend, and we were absolutely disappointed. First of all, it's important to note that the Hot Spring Sauna--a major selling point included here on Agoda--is closed every Wednesday. But beyond that, the room was dirty when we came in, with two containers of melted ice cream left in the refrigerator and trash left in the bin. The outdoor hot tub--not a jacuzzi by the way, as this site says--did not get water hotter than lukewarm, so considering we went on a winter day, it barely got used.
And then when talking with the staff about the issues we had, the owner of the hotel was aggressive and loud in his responses.
Would never stay here again. There are lots of options in Busan that are cheaper and better maintained with staff that is friendly.
