The cabins had everything we needed

Convenience from the highway and to Glenwood Springs! Direct access to the bike trail!
Cabins a little close together which if the place was busy would have been difficult. It would have been nice to have close access to the river to sit and relax.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The river is easily accessible.
The office was closed the entire time I was there so no help with check-in questions or needs. Guests seemed to disregard rules. There was a loud party with a DJ, fire crackers and cars using our parking space. There were a few dishes/pots in the cabin but lacked basics like coffee, sugar, salt/pepper.

It was nice to sit next to the river but that was about all we enjoyed.
A It was smaller than we anticipated given the fact that it cost us $900 for 3 nights. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, no ice cube trays in freezer, no tv in the bedroom, tried to find someone in the office two days in a row, never found anybody there. No extra amenities, no hand soap and only a couple of dish towels.
