Destaca la buena ubicación, a pasos de Avenida España, la playa y la caleta, con excelente conectividad hacia Viña del Mar y Valparaíso. La casa es más amplia de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías y el sector es tranquilo y agradable.
A modo de sugerencia, señalé a Camila, la anfitriona, que sería ideal que a futuro la casa incorporara una cama matrimonial. En términos generales, la casa es amplia y dispone de varias camas nido.

La atención de Camila muy oportuna, amable, calida. Siempre atenta a las necesidades y solicitudes. La vista al mar desde la terraza en la cual pudimos hacer un asado y compartir. La casa es amplia y familiar, cómoda para pasar con la familia. El barrio se siente seguro. Caminando esta cerca el tren y la playa.
Todo se acomodo a mis necesidades.
