    One of the worst experience ever, they have noo staff to look into any issue, No room service,if we order anything we need to collect it from cafe any they charge it as takeaway charges. They do not provide basic things like tissues, towels and water bottels, they says everything this is self service here. Uh need to take bottle and fill it outside the room. Main thing is they have online website and we need to do everything from there like if we need to unlock the room we need to go through the website and they gives you otp there, if we need towels or any basic thigs like shampoo again we have to tell them through website, everything feels like a task. They have 6to 7 food options. Overall very disappointing by there service.

    It was a lovely stay, the rooms were clean, the common areas were beautiful, the view from the rooms were exactly like in the pictures, would love to recommend it to everyone, especially the hostess, Vaishnavi, thank you loads for making our stay so pleasant, altogether it was a wonderful experience!!!

    Management was terrible, some guest were creating nuisance whole night, after getting drunk they were all shouting, running in lobbies, firing crackers, whole night nobody could sleep. The management did not do anything about it. There was no means of com from rooms, to complaint had go walk all way down to reception, restaurant was closed, breakfast menu was limited, just chai and paratha.

    Glue is too irritating and less user friendly to operate. Every time...it is asking to login and you need whatsapp no also While checking, why one user cannot upload all persons ids...why single single profile is required....single person can upload all ids Also...check in process is poor....why rooms are not provided before validation....you can do one thing...restrict glue use before validation....but provide room before...people are travelling to your place after long traveling and when alloting room required multiple process...it is quite irritating Also...there should be few chairs in balcony to see...also in swimming areas....very less seating area in swimming zone
