    The place is good for only stay. The rooms are good and clean However it's the food that's the issue They have limited menu and even if you order sitting right in the restaurant from their app, they charge you convenience fees and platform fees just like we are ordering from zomato. That's too much Also outside food not allowed. No staff will come and give you food into your room, it's self service. I have paid almost 1k extra for 2 days break fast included package. Day 1 - 4 breads with butter, 2 cups tea and mix paratha (whose ingredients where God knows what because it had no taste) and when asked for more bread with butter they said for 2 people we can only give four breads, it's limited breakfast. Day 2 - same 4 breads with ofcourse size reduced, and small plate of fruits again with only banana and pineapple because watermelon was over and 2 cups tea. I don't think this costs 1k. They should do something about the restaurant, or at least provide more food options, and this is pure veg restaurant.

    Many of the things self service like taking the food from canteen to your room and they require almost an hour or more to prepare. Checkins are late and further takes times to complete all the formalities, till time the canteen closes and you will have to wait till it reopens. Food is good and you will have limited but enough options. Best thing i found was you will have unlimited purified water on each floor. Checkout has no formalities. Property is neat and tidy, exactly as seen in the photos. Staff is friendly and helpful. Common area is beautiful. Everything is online...ordering food, room service, staff help. Overall, nothing makes the hotel better than normal hotel stays and would not recommend.

    Glue is too irritating and less user friendly to operate. Every time...it is asking to login and you need whatsapp no also While checking, why one user cannot upload all persons ids...why single single profile is required....single person can upload all ids Also...check in process is poor....why rooms are not provided before validation....you can do one thing...restrict glue use before validation....but provide room before...people are travelling to your place after long traveling and when alloting room required multiple process...it is quite irritating Also...there should be few chairs in balcony to see...also in swimming areas....very less seating area in swimming zone
