Property was a bit tired. Bed linens were old. This is based on our expectations given the photos we saw on line. That said, we would likely book again because of the location which was premium for our planned activities.

The rooms were very spacious. The temperature was comfortable. The coffee maker was great. LOVED the billiards table. The location was very convenient. The house had impressive drive-up appeal. The entry/exit process was easy.
The electrical outlets in both upstairs bathrooms did not work, so hair appliances were impossible to use with bathroom mirrors. There were an abundance of ants in the master bathroom that crawled into toiletry bags (the ant spray in the kitchen was appreciated!). There were cobwebs around the bottom of cabinets. The master shower had residual hair on walls from previous renter.

Great location for all we wanted to do in Austin, and plenty of space for our family.
This is very minor but there’s an issue with the front door where it gets “stuck” at times. This led to a moment where we thought we were locked out for a little while, but it was quickly resolved.
