The Riverbank Suites, Central, New, Facilities

The room itself was clean, fresh and modern with a modern ensuite. Had a clean fridge/freezer (decent size) and microwave (6ft from ground). Linen was fresh and bed was comfy.

Couldn't access the front door (which was where we parked - just outside) so had to go all the way around. ; Room 2 was on the corner with large corner windows facing two very noisy streets (semi-trailers were continuous) - bring your ear plugs! ; Room service is only once a week so if you needed fresh towels or supplies like toilet rolls you had to contact the host (responses are not prompt); no free-to-air tv ; but room/ensuite was clean and new! Other rooms may have been quieter!

Conveniently located with plenty of parking. The room was modern, clean and perfect for a two night break

Nothing. It ticked all the boxes for me and my trip.

Perfect location in the centre of collie, easy check in via lock box. Recently rennovated, clean and tidy and good value for money, if you are exploting the region.

No windows or mirror in the room i stayed in. We booked 5 rooms as a group but the property cancelled 2 of them after we'd paid (one was cancelled a week before arrival, sighting rennovations to one room and double booking on the other which a bit inconvinient, they did however find other accommodation in town.

Location and new bathroom

No windows except for ceiling skylight which woke you up early every morning
