+ alles sehr sauber + voll ausgestattete Küche + Einrichtung neu und nicht im geringsten abgewohnt
- das zweite Doppelbett befindet sich in einer Maisonette. Über eine sehr steile und etwas wackelige Treppe ist es sehr schwer zugänglich. Wenn man mehr als ein Bier getrunken hat oder körperlich nicht 120% fit, kann es problematisch bzw. gefährlich sein hochzukommen. Zudem ist oben keine Stehhöhe (man muss sich gebückt bewegen. Auch ist der Zugang am Ende der Treppe durch eine Dachschräge zusätzlich eingeschränkt. Der Vermieter hat auf der Treppe auch ein Schild aufgestellt "Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr!" Das war nicht beschrieben im Angebot. Ich bin davon ausgegangen 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer zu haben.

Es un apartamento amplio, bien ubicado para moverse por la zona. No es difícil aparcar cerca en la calle. El proceso de entrada es sencillo con caja de llaves. El anfitrión es amable y resuelve con rapidez cualquier incidencia.
La cama en la zona abuhardilla es cómoda, pero el techo es muy bajo: hay que moverse agachado. No es mucho problema realmente, no es un espacio que uses para nada que no sea dormir, y sólo si vais más de 3 o 4.
