Big and Spacious! Perfect for a family on vacation in Florida;)

The location was great! It was so close to our friends also staying at reunion. So close to any errands that you have to run like groceries and also restaurants!

The property was misleadingly advertised, both in the photographs and description, as having access to a waterpark. This was a key reason we chose to book this villa, especially as it does not have its own pool. We were travelling with two young children who were very excited about the waterpark, and we specifically compromised on other amenities because of this feature. However, upon arrival, we discovered that we had no access to the waterpark at all, and were informed that entry requires a separate membership which the property does not provide. We were not even given the option to pay for access independently. This resulted in significant disappointment, particularly for our children, and meant the property did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. I raised this issue with the property owner during our stay and was told they would “look into changing” the listing. However, over a month later, the listing still appears unchanged, meaning other guests may continue to be misled. Given that the property was not as described, I am very disappointed that no refund or compensation was offered.
