宿泊前日にチェックイン方法を詳しく教えてもらい、とても助かった。 3階のワンフロアまるまる使えて、2段ベッド、三輪車もあり、11歳5歳1歳の子供たちも凄く楽しめて良かった。 中庭にある滑り台。 家電が揃っていて(使わなかったが)素晴らしい。

3階の他の部屋にも他の宿泊客が来るのかどうかの不安が最初はあり、共同のお風呂(鍵なし)に入るのも少し心配だった。その説明は欲しかったかな？と思った。 子供のおもちゃやテレビのリモコンの電池が切れていたのが残念。

The location is excellent. It's an easy train ride to Disney (1x change) and Akihabara (direct). The apartment is a short walk from Koiwa station and there is a great coffee house and Sukiya restaurant on the way. The stores around Koiwa station are great and there's a great Starbucks in the station! The instructions for getting there and the instructions around the house were super clear with English translations. The facilities are good. Pretty big (for Japan) well-stocked kitchen and washing machine are great, though we didn't use them. The beds were comfortable and having toys in the room for the kids was great! The cleaner when we arrived was super nice but she didn't speak much Japanese. We live in Japan so that wasn't a problem for us and I guess no cleaners will be there normally.

The cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom was quite mouldy. There was quite a bit of dust in the bedroom around the windows especially. Also, our room's lock wasn't great. The handle was a new smaller one put into a door that seemed to have a larger handle/lock mechanism previously. So, it was super loose in the door and difficult to use. It still worked but made us nervous. An electrical socket in the kids play area didn't have an outer casing so wires were exposed. That should be fixed/replaced.
