This was my favourite stay during my road trip around Morocco. The guys who run the place are incredibly kind, helpful and funny, and some of my best memories from the entire trip were made on this rooftop.
On Friday, we all shared a couscous tagine prepared by a wonderful Moroccan woman, and it was one of those truly authentic experiences that money can’t buy.
Welle Surf House felt more like a home than a place to stay, and I know I’ll return every time I come back to Taghazout.

I had the most amazing stay! Jamal was so welcoming and made sure i had everything i needed for my stay. He asked me at check in what i wanted to do while i was there and organised activities with other members of the hostel to make sure that happened. We had tea and played games on the floor top everynight they made my stay so fun!! As a solo traveler i really loved their company and already can't wait to come back!! Also very clean & comfy place :))

Excellent value for money and outstanding service. Jamal was incredibly helpful with everything, from pre-arrival communication to arranging airport transfers and surf lessons. Couldn’t have asked for more and it made the whole experience truly worthwhile.
The bathroom and room could have been a bit more modern and spacious, but we appreciated having the option of a private bathroom.
